Mixed reviews but I found Johana to be wonderful!!! I had a basic mani/pedi and was well done. I saw someone getting extensions from one of the gentlemen that work there and the finish product looked great! Will be back as a regular.
My 20 yr old daughter got a pedicure and ask for a basic pedicure. She is a poor college student and works hard for her money. While getting the pedicure the lady ask if she wanted callous remover. She NEVER explained the extra cost of 10 dollars. When my daughter went to pay the lady upcharged her 10. I called to explained to the owner that this is poor business tactics to upsell a 20yr and not make her aware until paying. The owner got very angry and defensive. I’m a person with a disability. My right dominant hand. They are so good to me. The male nail artist, forgive me for always forgetting his name, he is so delicate with my hand, he even offers me hot towels to lay my wrist on. The best service ever!! He even did Viking runes for me yesterday. Protection spells. His first time ever seeing this. It was so awesome! Thank you for being so kind to me.
I've been going to melody for about 5 years now. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and my nails always look fabulous
