I have been going to melody nails for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. If I do not like the way something looks its done over without any problem. All the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I think the prices are a bit steep but thats my only complaint. Would never go anywhere else!
Mixed reviews but I found Johana to be wonderful!!! I had a basic mani/pedi and was well done. I saw someone getting extensions from one of the gentlemen that work there and the finish product looked great! Will be back as a regular.
My 20 yr old daughter got a pedicure and ask for a basic pedicure. She is a poor college student and works hard for her money. While getting the pedicure the lady ask if she wanted callous remover. She NEVER explained the extra cost of 10 dollars. When my daughter went to pay the lady upcharged her 10. I called to explained to the owner that this is poor business tactics to upsell a 20yr and not make her aware until paying. The owner got very angry and defensive.
