I literally got yelled on my way out. They were super rude because I asked them to fix the nail polish which has some bubbles, the. They said it was due to the quality of the nail polish… omg, I felt so offended! DO NOT GO THERE! Just adding that this was after I gave 34% tip!
I have been going to melody nails for a long time now and have never had a bad experience. If I do not like the way something looks its done over without any problem. All the staff are always pleasant and accommodating. I think the prices are a bit steep but thats my only complaint. Would never go anywhere else!
