RUN, don't walk to any other vision care office. I came to Fish Hawk Family Eyecare for a routine eye exam and ended up in the ER at Brandon Regional Hospital due to the negligent care I received here. In addition, I needed and am still in need of more follow up care by an Eye Care Specialist, which Dr. Lilly refuses to pay for even though it is a result of the poor care I received at her office. Pass on Dr. Mary Lilly and her staff at Fish Hawk Family Eyecare, for your own health's sake.
Terrible place DO NOT GO – I went to this "doctor" to have a very simple thing done. All I wanted was for someone to spend 5 minutes and look in my eye and see if one of my soft lenses had gotten stuck. I had to fill out pages for forms and was THEN told that it would be $54 because turning up my eyelid is a medical procedure not a vision procedure. BE VERY CAREFUL. These folks obviously don't really give a damn about their patients or whether they help anyone or not.
