Very personable and helpful. Explained things in an easy to understand manner.
I was doing some research to help my mom get a trust going and Valerie was the most helpful person I've encountered! I had a lot of questions to get as much information for my mom who's out of state and Valerie was patient, her explanations were concise and made sense to me, and she didn't make me feel bad for not knowing how this stuff works.
