I have been bring our pets here since 2004, and can't put into words how wonderful everyone is that works here. I have had dogs with allergies,several surgeries and it's so wonderful to know Dr. Collins will care and love them like they are her own!!!! Special shout to Layla and Claudia, Sheldon and Winnie love you !
We have had several animals go to FVH and they have treated each one as their own. ��
We brought in Chloe our 5 year old Rottweiler for her yearly wellness appointment today. Dr. Lee and Nancy were absolutely wonderful with her. Taking Chloe to the vet is usually a pretty stressful trip but Dr. Lee really took the time to get to know her and gave us some really helpful tips. We really appreciated their kindness.
Really gentle with my gur baby and got him eating drinking again and gave him pain meds to comfort him.
Seemed uncaring and cold during our experience this week.
Never dealt with such a dishonest practice. Would not honor their quote. Tried to sneak in paperwork saying I would pay more than double what I was quoted. No discussion at all. Money grubbing liars.
