I had a delightful visit today all thanks two of the most kind and genuine women behind a desk I have ever met. I came in for a rapid covid test and was out within 18 minutes, super quick and efficient. I was impressed with the professionalism and politeness of Melissa & Stephanie. Thank you so much you too!
When you go to an office and overhear the office manager say they hate healthcare and hate being an MA… WOW! I’ve never seen an office so poorly managed as this location. When an office doesn’t run smoothly… that reflects on management. You are only as good as your weakest link… when the weakest link is management consider yourself screwed.
