Roof leaked water all over my belongings (tv’s, pictures, etc)...all ruined. Management denied being at fault although I have videos of water coming from the ceiling. Do not recommend storing anything in this facility.

We have now had a storage unit with FSS for three months, and I have no complaints! They had the fairest prices around, and availability for the size unit that I needed. The office staff has been polite and helpful and has answered all of my questions. They have gone above and beyond what I think is necessary to make us feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this facility!
We have had very bad luck with this company. I feel their business practices are unfair and unethical.
