Old Fashioned butcher The butchers will prepare just about any cut you could want. It's the only place I go for ham hocks and they will cut a BIG bone for my dog. Service is always great. Unfortunately, I don't buy most of my meat there because I wish they would buy LOCAL beef or at least have some grass fed or organic options.
Few Organic Options Large selection of meat and options for buying 1/4-whole cows. Unhappy there aren't more organic/free range options.
Great Place I always get all of my meat at Fishers. I think the people at Fishers are very friendly and always willing to help. I also eat lunch at their deli because they make the worlds best sandwiches. From the outside the place looks like a dump. But on the inside you will find some of the best meat and sandwiches you will ever see. I have been coming back to this place for years and I always leave happy.
