Sold us a stove, but no communication. We always have to call them. Finally got the stove delivered and installed in 2023, but within a month the firebrick broke a large piece off. We contacted Fisher and their response was that Vermont Castings was on vacation over Christmas and they couldn't get the part. No communication for two months so I have to contact them again. They say that they will take care of it. One year later, two more pieces have broken off and I have given up. They call saying that I still owe them money. ... read more
