I originally hired them to repair the opening of an old floor furnace. When they finished the area where the floor furnace had been was about and 8th of an inch above the rest of the floor. He offered to sand and refinish the entire floor, and a significant cost. I pointed out two spots on the floor that my dad said could not be sanded out. Fisher told me they could be sanded out.
