Update: I guess when you are told you are canceled....doesnt mean your canceled.. No fix, didnt reach back out. There reply shows that they don't read messages fully. As per attached messages, I stated did not know of and was never sent a cancellation form...I was sent a freeze form which i said wouldnt end up working. The employee replied with ok youre account is cancelled and will end in 30 days. I ha e been with FBBC since April 2023. I was a long path back to being back to fit level strength again. I have never been a gym person - I always found them intimidating, impersonal and overwhelming. FBBC is NOTHING like that! The classes are small and led by coaches that are super helpful and friendly. They tell you exactly what to do and always provide modifications to accommodate injuries or fitness levels.
