Update: I guess when you are told you are canceled....doesnt mean your canceled.. No fix, didnt reach back out. There reply shows that they don't read messages fully. As per attached messages, I stated did not know of and was never sent a cancellation form...I was sent a freeze form which i said wouldnt end up working. The employee replied with ok youre account is cancelled and will end in 30 days. I ha e been with FBBC since April 2023. I was a long path back to being back to fit level strength again. I was dealing with so many factors of recovering from high mold poisoning, to have to stick to a clean diet, was in a very tragic car accident where I broke my back in 2 places. I have never been a gym person - I always found them intimidating, impersonal and overwhelming. FBBC is NOTHING like that! The classes are small and led by coaches that are super helpful and friendly. They tell you exactly what to do and always provide modifications to accommodate injuries or fitness levels. The gym members are also amazing and supportive. I know everyone in my class by name - it really is like a big gym family. I found Fishers Fit Body Boot Camp at the perfect time, as after 3 years of continuous weight gain (thanks menopause!), I was ready to take action and get healthy again. Tomorrow will finish my 6th week of workouts, and my 3rd week of following my recommended eating plan. I've lost 5 pounds and 1.5% body fat already and most importantly, I already feel, and look, better! I've got a long way to go, but I feel like I've finally found the right program to get me to my goals! Thanks FFBBC!!!
