Willy is a good wrench and Wayne is a good point of contact on the floor. As a Seattle transplant, it took a while to find a shop that was all about biking and not about selling. This is the shop to go to for friendly and reliable service. Thanks for being awesome, guys

Fishers helped my special needs rider transition to a bike with gears, brakes, and fat wheels to support her, and she's now done 4 mile rides on the Pacific Coast. Wayne gave her great riding advice, the crew taught me essential skills, enabled me to fix my own brakes in a campground setting, and this family is now firmly committed to all bike business with these folks. They wouldn't fix a rear wheel i brought in. Insisted i needed to buy a new wheel. Guthrie accepted it though.

I've been to the others but far I care tjete the best!!! Great service, very accomadating; n knowledgeable. Highly recommend these guys
