7/29 my son and I were there at 11:30. You responded to my husbands one star about the haircut and said it was some other shop! That is not true! Where is the accountability? It's my mistake I should have looked my son's haircut over better. I should not have trusted you guys could handle an easy haircut while talking the ENTIRE time to some other customer.
