Horrible place. One building code away from being a section 8 community. Donât expect any requests of maintenance to the office staff be done. Office staff is rude. Been here a week and I regret moving here. Just tonight loud music playing and no help. If you want complacency and poor conditions, oh and mice in the walls, then this would be home sweet home for you. I have lived here exactly one year with a fifteen month lease. During my stay here the front staff and maintenance have superb communication between them. This has enabled them to handle request in a timely manner. I speak with other neighbors that agree. It was a very hard transition for us moving here they have made us feel at home. I recommend living here. I call this place home sweet home.
The lake is beautiful and staff is friendly.
