Another Day In Paradise Wonderful stay and offshore fishing. Simple and good. Billy and Barbara treat you like family. Old style beach motel with a great shaded overhang. Immaculate rooms. Stress free fishing charter setup with old timey tackle store next door. Up at sunrise. Just a few steps to the back porch and dock. All you need is a cooler. The day we went out Spanish Mackerel were jumping out of the water like pop corn. Great catch. Filleted and bagged straight out of the boat. Life Is Good.....
A home away from home... I have been staying at the Fishermanâs Inn every month from May to October for the last 7 years. Once you have stayed with Barbara and Billy, they become like extended family. They provide great hospitality and a clean place to stay and it is a 2 minute walk to the Diver Down Charter. An early morning wake up call, fresh hot coffee on the house at the dock, a freezer for all the fisherman, and great hospitality keep regulars coming back time and again.
Wouldn't stay anywhere else! Billy and Barbara at the Fishermans Inn are the best! We would not consider staying anywhere else in Morehead City. For the last two years, we have taken our dive group to this hotel, and expectations have been exceeded on both occasions! The rooms are clean, the dock and outdoor eating area add to the charm. The owners treat you like family. Great little coxy hotel great for dive groups, fishing groups or just a getaway!
a we didn't actually stayed here but checked it out on one of our trips where we weren't planning to stay the night and i have to say it was kinda scary, didn't seem clean at all to me.
Home Away from Home I have stayed at Fisherman's Inn for vacations and whenever work has brought me to the area for the past 13 years. It is a home away from home. Basic building - not a luxury high rise, but as clean and comfortable as any I have stayed anywhere in the world with everything you need - TV, microwave, refrigerator, fresh coffee in the AM and most all - Billy and Barbara to take care of anything you need.
GREAT MOTEL I've been staying at Fisherman's Inn for the past 15 years, on average 6 weekends throughout the summer. Billy and Barbara Brewer are wonderful people who run a clean, friendly, safe motel that caters to scuba divers and fisherman. They treat all their guests like family, and go out of their way to be helpful.
