Just moved to mandarin from Nashville and have seen great reviews about this place. Stopped by on Friday 8/18/17 to look around and get some steamed shrimp. When I asked the girl behind the counter if I could get seasoned steamed shrimp she seemed a bit annoyed that I asked her this...she said it would be 10 to 15 minutes because she had to boil the water. I'll be back, great place but not with this young lady's help. Tip to you young lady, brush up on your customer service!
Not what is was with previous owner. Bought what I thought was fresh crawfish, it was obviously frozen threw most of it away. Can't call in orders anymore you have to leave a message.
If there were more stars I would have marked those too!! I just visited the Ponte Vedra Beach location for the first time today! Awesome experience! Every single person was genuinely nice and friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and NOT pushy in any way!! I can't wait to have my dinner so I can go back and get some more!! So glad you've opened up here in my back yard!!
Fisherman's dock is where the Citadel Alumni go for all our oysters and jumbo shrimp. Quality is always the best and service top notch. Thanks Jennifer!
