my daughter checked into ER and when the registration lady said a trauma had to be called everyone put their finger on their nose and said "not me." They turned their back to my daughter and continued talking amongst themselves. Evidently calling traumas are not part of their job and are not considered important enough for them to stop their conversations.
my Husband was seen at Fisher Titus Medical Center ER this afternoon and it is clear some of the staff doesn't know what they are doing or simply don't care. they diagnosed him with a wart on the bottom of his foot, it had popped open, and they didn't wrap the wound for him or even give him any after care instructions. They simply told him to follow up with Dr. Dolce and sent him on his way. I do NOT recommend them AT ALL.!
RecommendedHad a family member admitted over the weekend from the ER. Everyone from the ER & floor nurses to the X-ray techs and housekeepers showed us nothing but compassion and kindness. They were all so helpful and friendly. Great job FTMC employees - you are who make the hospital a great place - thank you for all your hard work❤️
Amazing staff, got things done. Helped me in my surgery and out of it. Was well taken care of ❤️
my doctor was PA Jay Myers and I had him a few times in the ER. I just love him! he listens to his patients and cares! when you talk to him you can actually feel that he is listening and does care! that's what I like! PA Jay Myers is the best! After going to 2 different doctors I finally got some answer, what was going on with me, Thanks to PA Jay Myers and Fisher -Titus team!
Usually I am not one to do reviews, but I have to commend the entire staff that I dealt with at Fisher Titus hospital on Friday, June 7th. My baby was extremely ill, and after no help from a hospital in another town, I took her to Fisher Titus, which is where she was born. They not only took my concerns serious, they got her the care she needed immediately. We ended up having to be transferred to a Children’s Hospital out of town. There are some amazing doctors in offices and hospitals. Too many doctors care more about money then actually helping people.
