RecommendedI came into the ER after having a terrible experience with Bellevue Hospital. I had so many unanswered questions. The staff crossed every T and dotted every I. From the nurses, to the ultrasound tech, to the doctor. I was VERY impressed.
prescribed medication to me in the ER that i specifically told them i am not supposed to take due to an existing condition.But most alarmingly,prescribed medication to me without even asking me what types of medication i already take and without asking me any questions about my medical history or any existing conditions.Approach this hospital with caution,folks. i left in as much discomfort as i arrived there in,which i hopefully will be better soon,but this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.i hope i do not ever have a li... read more

Billing department is an absolute mess, horrible customer service.
you could start by returning a phone call or fixing the answering service with the bay area gastroenterology department. had a procedure done 3 weeks ago and now I cant get ahold of anyone about the results or a follow up appointment. does anyone ever work in that office because they NEVER answer the phone and the answering service will not let you leave a message. hopefully I dont die waiting to hear back from someone.
A gem of a hospital. I'm new to the area and used to big hospitals where you feel like a number. I like that my family doctor is also connected to the hospital. All around I'm happy with my experiences at Fisher Titus.
People have lives. Doctors are often late but patients are never allowed to be. Absolutely ridiculous.
We have had a rough few weeks. My 4 year old son was admitted and the nurses were wonderful to not only him but to me as well. Thank you for caring for us during a scary time for both of us.
