When you're sick enough to go to an urgent care and the website says they're open and there's not even an urgent care there that's ridiculous. Update your website
So far so good! all these reviews seem exaggerated if you ask me. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I got more answers at my new patient appointment than I have at any of the other doctors I've been to. these old reviews must not reflect the practice that it is today because I experienced nothing like others have!
The convenient care portion is closed though they still have it listed online.

I wish I could give zero stars. As so many others have noted in their reviews the Willard office support staff are rude, inefficient, and incompetent. My wife and I need to be tested for Covid. I called this morning to make an appointment to get tested for both of us. I was very clear in explaining that both of us were with the same doctor and we both need tested.
