Where to start. How about by addressing the inconsiderate and rude staff in the office. The concern is definitely not on patients nor their well being. I called to see if i could come in to see Dr. Fisher due to a medical episode I was having, and the first thing they said to me was "you have an acct balance". No concern to how I was feeling and only after saying I'd pay when I got in, is when I was able to get an appt. That shows where their priorities are. Dr. Fisher was recommended to me when my original primary care retired. I have been suffering with pain in my side for over a year, and have been trying to find answers. My first meeting was uneventful, although he neglected to inform me of my high blood pressure. There is a difference between being timely and being UNREASONABLE, RIDGID AND INCONSIDERATE! After getting lost, I called Dr. Fisher's office to learn where I had erred. Dr. Fisher's receptionist said to me, "Dr Fisher won't see you if you are more than 10 minutes late." I raced to get to my 2:40 appt, and when I announced my arrival at 2:49 (per Apple watch), my appointment had already been given away. This isn't a review for Dr. Steven Fisher, it's a review for his horrible staff. They were rude and unhelpful and I ended up walking out of Dr Fisher's office without seeing the doctor. When I tried to leave a message to let Dr Fisher know how his staff treats patients, the nurse hung up on me. Nice primary care.

Dr Fisher is fantastic. He strikes the perfect balance between too much and too little medical intervention. He is up on the latest research. He is aggressive in treating issues that might lead to a healthier life.

I have had Dr. Fisher as my primary care doctor for many years. Mostly I see him for my annual checkup and one of the nurse practitioners typically handles other needs that come up. Its always easy to get an appointment and Dr. Fisher has been thorough in monitoring my long-term well being. For example he had me get a coronary plaque scan as the best way to make sure I didn't have any issues with my heart rather than relying on blood test results. It was the first time I was pleased to get a zero on an exam!

I love Dr. Fisher. He is thorough and thoughtful. I find him quite kind and considerate. I would recommend him highly. I find that, even though I arrive early for appointments, I barely have a chance to sit down before I'm getting called into the exam room. Unfortunately the front office staff is not as kind and considerate and can be abrupt and rude. They definitely need training in how to smile and perform better customer service.

Was patient for many years.Had 3 surgeries over 7 mo period&had to get 3 preop clearancesTried scheduling withDr.Fisher&was told that their"NP handles that"Now,I had an emergency whereby I was told to follow up with my Dr.Upon calling(4x and being put on hold 5-10 minutes ea time & hung up to call again), I was told that I was"No longer Dr. Fisher's patient and he does not take new patients"! Are you kidding?!Because I went to the NP WHICH THEY TOLD ME TO DO.I requested they ask him&he confirmd.
