Good care, nice people I work in medicine so I have some pretty strong opinions about what constitutes good care. The folks at Valley are informative, pleasant, offer a lot of preventive care and counselling. They're not quick to suggest surgery or something drastic but take a very conservative approach which suits me fine. When we were considering surgery for my son, they answered questions, coordinated visits with specialists, and pretty much held my hand each step of the way. Valley Medical Group I live in Westfield now, but I still travel to use Valley Medical Group on Northampton Street in Easthampton. I usually see Liz Cory, nurse practitioner. She's great; friendly and talks to you like a real person if you know what I mean. Office now opens at 7am I believe and you can always get an appointment for the same day if necessary.
