This must be a hobby not a business. I dropped off a jewelry repair (set a stone which came out of a bracelet), a new watch crystal, and found a pewter item in the store to be engraved. 1-Communicaiton-I don't get timely calls when something is done, and they do not link the different projects. Clerk of the moment has no idea if the bracelet is done, if she called on the watch and vice versa. 2-Quality- I went to get the pewter cup.
