I contacted Fisher Irrigation over a month ago to schedule an appointment. I made the appointment clearly, only to find out later they had it recorded for the wrong day and worse, they had no record of my original scheduling. They also don’t send confirmations, making their process unreliable right from the start. I have used their service in the past which has been good but am reconsidering now. Recently I requested a technician to check my sprinkle system . He was very knowledgeable and said that he will provide recommendations and the office will send a quote. The office sends an invoice of $165 suggesting the changes required but don’t send a quote. I waited to see if I will get another mail, but none. When I called, the office says they will send it now . It’s like they want to charge for sending the technician and not even bothe... read more

Top shelf company. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions!) and respectful. Time commitments were met (appointments, project start and end, etc.) and the quality of the workmanship exceeded expectations. Derek and Jason stand out in particular, as well as the installation team. Highly recommend this business!
