I have used their service in the past which has been good but am reconsidering now. Recently I requested a technician to check my sprinkle system . He was very knowledgeable and said that he will provide recommendations and the office will send a quote. The office sends an invoice of $165 suggesting the changes required but don’t send a quote. Top shelf company. Everyone I interacted with was responsive, knowledgeable, patient (I ask a lot of questions!) and respectful. Time commitments were met (appointments, project start and end, etc.) and the quality of the workmanship exceeded expectations. Derek and Jason stand out in particular, as well as the installation team. Highly recommend this business!
Update Spring 2022: Completed spring startup of our irrigation system. They arrived as scheduled, performed the work, and followed up with a voice mail notifying us that it was complete. Completed winterization of our irrigation system. They were able to work us into the schedule earlier than expected. They also answered a question on the location of the irrigation water lines prior to tree planting.
