Don't waste your time going to Fisher for service period. Worst customer service and just lack of effort I have ever experienced. This is the second time in a row now that they have delivered just a simple oil change in over 4 hours and I brought in a Service Bulletin around replacing the wireless charger for my model year (which has never worked more than a minute or two continuously) so it's a known issue and the service tech tossed his phone on to see if if charged for 30 secs and deemed it good to go. I am a longtime customer of Fisher Honda and I have always received topnotch customer service. My service advisor, Izayah, continued that tradition.
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this Service Dept unless if it's under warranty. Shame on you for not being honest and saying my rear differential SCV needed to be changed and was dark and dirty when it is not required for a 2WD. Also my brakes can go another 15k miles and do not need to be changed yet. Thankfully I found an honest mechanic at another location.
I had an issue where my vehicle was not ready for emissions testing. The state only told me to “Drive the vehicle” which didn’t work for 2 months and multiple test failures. Until finally Izayah Ewings and his team found the issue and I passed emission testing 10 minutes later. Which the state also told me was not possible. But thankfully to the hard work of finding the issue, I have been able to get my tags. Which is normally an inconvenient process but because of my issues this was a nightmare. I bought my car for the 1st time at a dealership from this location. 3 years ago. I have never been one to take my car to dealership for repair I've always had a shop to take it to or my mom :) so I was thinking it will be way too expensive and they will take forever with my car, it's the complete opposite I have been suffering with a dying car and over paying for shotty work at another place.
