The folks at Fisher Honda get it right every time! The employees are polite and professional, and their services are more affordable than the larger “chain dealerships” like AutoNation. Greg K. is an excellent service advisor who acts with integrity and transparency. You can certainly trust what is said!
Don't waste your time going to Fisher for service period. Worst customer service and just lack of effort I have ever experienced. This is the second time in a row now that they have delivered just a simple oil change in over 4 hours and I brought in a Service Bulletin around replacing the wireless charger for my model year (which has never worked more than a minute or two continuously) so it's a known issue and the service tech tossed his phone on to see if if charged for 30 secs and deemed it good to go. I am a longtime customer of Fisher Honda and I have always received topnotch customer service. My service advisor, Izayah, continued that tradition.
I wouldn't advise anyone to use this Service Dept unless if it's under warranty. Shame on you for not being honest and saying my rear differential SCV needed to be changed and was dark and dirty when it is not required for a 2WD. Also my brakes can go another 15k miles and do not need to be changed yet. Thankfully I found an honest mechanic at another location.
