Heriberto is a great salesman. Honest, genuine, listens to what the customer wants, very fair, keeps his word. Make sure you ask for him! Thank you!
I don't recommend this place at all. I bought a car here, pay extra every month for bumper to bumper warranty, and was charged $240 to have a tire pressure sensor replaced. It's a $17 part that takes 20 minutes to change. They treat me very differently once I signed the paperwork. They don't even bother responding to emails asking for warranty information. I will never buy from Chapman again.
Such a good experience with Miguel Quintero. He was able to get us at our budget for the monthly payment and was super nice. Any questions or concerns were answered and we will definitely be back in the future to work with him once again!
