This company cares nothing about the people that live in the community or who live on the street behind their facility. They get deliveries at 3 or 4 or 5 in the morning and slam there truck lift gate on the ground 7 or 8 times and when they are backing there truck up they have to have a warning sound that can be heard 7 miles away. If this is the way the owners feel about the community they serve then no thanks to shopping at this business.

Nick and Mark are the best. Everytime I am in a bind and out of ideas and/or options, they always manage to bail me out. They have parts no one else has. If they don't have what I need, they knock them selves out to help me get the right part. I work in Medina, Nick was willing to deliver the part himself to help me out. I really wish they could be my first call instead of my last. Thank you for everything, Nick and Mark.

I went to go replace a battery for my car they did a wonderful job and it was a last minute thing before they closed to Mark and Nick did a great job and did the job for me there’s nothing that feels like a great customer service here I definitely recommend people go to them and ask for any parts they need they got it love this place!!!!
