Nick went above and beyond to help me out when I came into Federated Fisher Auto Parts in Fairview Park right before closing with an emergency battery situation. He made sure I was completely taken care of, and everything worked out perfectly. Great service and professionalism, really appreciated the extra effort!
This company cares nothing about the people that live in the community or who live on the street behind their facility. They get deliveries at 3 or 4 or 5 in the morning and slam there truck lift gate on the ground 7 or 8 times and when they are backing there truck up they have to have a warning sound that can be heard 7 miles away. If this is the way the owners feel about the community they serve then no thanks to shopping at this business.
