This driver felt the need to park further from a building, just so he could block a busy EV charging site. There were several parking spots open that would have been easier for him to use, but it appears he had an agenda, and he’s using a company car to act it out. This is a very busy site, and he had a spot blocked for at least fifteen minutes.
