I'm with Paynfull motors an have been using Fishers for a little over 10 years. Crystal, Christie, Wayne every one I've dealt with have always gone the extra mile to help me get what I need. Been several occasions when I'd show up just before closing, they always help. As a side note, I've never seen the door locked before 5:30. And belive me. Been many times i didn't get there till 5:25.
I needed a certain type of transmission fluid and this kind lady, Crystal the store manager, waited for me to get here on a Friday afternoon. Crystal rocks!
Car running hot pulled in parking lot, needed antifreeze, walked to store to get some, 525 ), open sign still on, but door is locked and no one is answering phone. So much for closing at 530!
Good customer service
When I recently had an issue with the performance of a part I had purchased, manager Pete made everything right. Fisher proved to me that they really do stand behind their product. Actions are stronger than words, and the action Fisher took left me one satisfied customer. Fisher cares about the customer and that is important, especially in a small town with a lot of auto parts competition.
