I bought a 2012 used Jeep liberty. It now has a major problem. I'm sorry does not cut it. I'm losing the car for a week covered by warranty but now I'm the one left going thru the warranty process. If they would have done their job I would not have bought the car. Piss Poor.
We walked into Honda last night looking for a replacement car for my 16 year old whose transmission failed on our old car. Ty Freese helped us patiently listening to our different considerations and moreso, bringing out test drives on a night that was to have 16" of snow. When we finally selected a car, he and others stayed almost an hour past closing to make sure we had everything we needed. We are excited about the new car (especially my son) and looking forward to many happy years of Honda excellence.

A great overall experience! Love the low-key atmosphere and Roman Ramsey was a wonderful sales rep. I never had a feeling of getting a run-around, questionable pricing, or anything that made me uncomfortable. Highly recommend!
My husband and I just got two new cars from Fisher Kia. Mitch Davis took very good care of us and not once did we want to walk out (like previous dealership experiences!) Extremely happy with the deals we got from our trade-ins and very happy to have two new Kias. Thank you for not making this the painful experience car buying always seems to be. I always get five-star treatment from Fisher Honda; I like everyone there, but Harry Snyder is the one I like to deal with; he knows me and knows my wishes for my car.I feel comfortable asking him questions and sharing my concerns. I trust him. Going to Fisher is kind of a win-win--they keep my car going great, and I see friends when I'm there. I bought my last two KIA's from Fisher, cars are great, sales was great, service was great...but because of their NON STOP soliciting after numerous requests to STOP, they have lost a potential life long client. Their over the top soliciting for a new car start about a month after you walk out.... and keep coming, and coming, and yes coming, it's absolutely ridiculous.
