In my experience, individuals have conducted business while smoking and leaving cigarette waste around the pool and workspace. Glass has been dropped into the pool, and equipment has been left at times unattended. I believe this creates an unprofessional reputation, experience, and safety concern for those interacting with the company. Bunch of incompetent lazy unprofessional workers. Constantly smoking and leaving packs of cigarettes all over the work speak and this private pool with children running around. Dropping glass into the pool constantly, leaving their equipment all over place, but worst of all they have yet to be able to fix anything involving the pump room, as well the have very little understanding of pool chemical maintenance and safety for patrons, just today they told us to put shock into the pool while people were in it, this is absolutel... read more
Fishel pools took such great care of us! We purchased a new home (as is )that came with an in-ground pool which was exciting until we realized the shape that it was in! They put in a brand new floor, liner and came out to our house more times than I can count to get us up and running!! Great company! Highly recommend!!!!
