After doing some house searches due to apartment issues, we decided to buy a home. On our search we came across what we THOUGHT would be our forever home, but due to several safety concerns, Charity took us to a home she was showing and we immediately fell in love with it. Charity and Olivia have been fantastic agents in the home buying process and let's not forget David Sugg who was doing so much of the heavy lifting. Charity helped me out so much. She is amazing and so is her whole staff. You would be lucky to work with any of them.
Very impressed with how Charity took an interest. She listened to the buyer and looked for their particular needs. She did not try to convince you to change your options but instead said there would be something out there. She had my complete trust as if we were long time friends. She was so positive and determined. I never doubted her ability to satisfy our needs.
