The food was good, Carlos our server was excellent, but the manager sucked. Attitude towards customers was unexeptable. If you have a problem address it and make it right don't try to sweep it under the rug because you will get exposed.
Our favorite restaurant in Orlando! Make sure to ask for Manny as your waiter, he's the best!
After researching best restaurants in Orlando, we chose Fishbones because the menu appealed to our entire family. I thoroughly enjoyed the special...a trigger fish topped with crab and truffle oil, but I must say my husband's aged filet had amazing flavor...almost almost if it had been smoked prior to grilling. Best of all, the service was top notch with food delivery perfectly timed. We'll be back on future trips to Orlando.

Best crab cakes ever! And the prime rib melts in your mouth! Excellent service- loved this place.
