Wonderful, caring staff. Jyriana eased my child’s nerves and spoke to her in a manner that she could understand when telling her the process of putting on her braces and caring for them. Follow up appointment was made to fit my schedule and Jyriana assured me she would be the one working with my daughter. An overall great experience!
NO communication, waited 4 months for them to process insurance after jumping through hoops getting clearance from our dentist only to be told 2 days before what we thought was the appointment for braces to be put on that apparently someone lost the forms or didn't read that we had already done everything they asked and they were about to make us do it all over again!!! 6 months of our lives wasted. Ridiculous
Amazing staff as usual. Professional atmosphere and everyone is always happy to help you and very polite. Gave me the smile I always wanted!
