RecommendedDon’t let the appearance keep you from eating here. It doesn’t look like the typical “trendy” restaurants at the gulf. But the food and prices are AMAZING and so is the service. Our waitress was fabulous and the manager even came by to check on everything. Food came out super fast too on a very busy night. We will definitely be back.
Arrived about 4:25. We were seated right away and waitress took our drink order. Waited 15 mins for drinks. Waited over 30mins and still no food. Waitress said 2 larger groups ahead of us. Obviously not enough help in the kitchen. Spoke with the manager but didnt feel i wanted to wait any longer to listen to an excuse or my food. We are regulars and locals. We expect better service when we choose to endure the tourist crowds to support the local restaurants.
I think this is hands down my new favorite place to eat in Gulf Shores! We actually stumbled upon Fish River Grill by accident, but I’m SO glad we did! I LOVED the swamp soup to start & the portion of shrimp and fish was perfect. Definitely the best I’ve had down here! We’ve already been twice so far on our trip and will definitely go back again. We also loved both servers we had! Will recommend this place to everyone!
