Oh! My! Goodness! Again, we had a most wonderful -and filling- meal the other night. From the grilled to perfection shrimp, blackened white fish, southern fried catfish and of course, ALL the trimmings! Not real sure how we were able to eat the desert, that oh so delish Sweet Thang! Amazing food! Just got into town and we will definitely be back! The OMG special house po'boy had amazing flavor. The Dixie Chix po'boy was perfectly seasoned. There are no words to describe the one dessert they have! We had to order a second because my husband stabbed me with a fork after taking his first bite and decided he would t share. Sooooooo good! We caught a night of live music with Top Hat and Jackie (and Eddie Moody....) and it was a great welcome back to Alabama (we return annually)

The food was excellent! I had the Omg Shrimp Po Boy the Hubby had the Alligator Po Boy!
2x in four days. We just found out new favorite GS dinner spot. Wait staff is great and everything we had (party of 15) was excellent. Served quick, hot and yummy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yes ma'am, I am sorry for you not being taken care of right away. We apologize for being shorthanded with hundreds of little league World Series ball players in town along with their families. We normally are on top of our game. We hope you will try us again. Again my apologies.
We are locals, and eat here at least once week. We've just about have had everything on the menu, It's all good. The swamp soup is so good it will remind southerners of grandma's kitchen, and will be a real treat for our Yankee visitor's. The only negative is that locals would like to keep it their little secret, but the food and service are so good it can't be kept a secret. So y'all enjoy

Easily one of the top restaurants we visited in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The Seafood BLT was incredible as was the Crawfish Pistol! We may visit again before we leave on Saturday!

Even though I've vacationed in the Gulf Shores area my whole life (and went to college in Mobile), I'd never heard of Fish River Grille until Saturday night! Our group of 11 was told we would have a 3 hour wait at another "touristy" establishment, so we asked a local where she would recommend. She wasted no time telling us right where we needed to be, and I can now see why!
