RecommendedSome of the best seafood you'll find in Gulf Shores. As great as the seafood is, the burgers might be even better. Fresh veggies, fresh seafood, excellent service. If you're in GS looking for some great food and great dining, look no further, this is where it's at.
Great food, great service. Absolutely the best burger I have EVER eaten. Also, the "swamp soup" was delightful. I had never heard of swamp soup, but it was good.

Enjoyed our first visit to Fish River Grill! Started with the fried green tomatoes with crawfish sauce. Excellent. Then we had the swamp soup which was very tasty. I had the blackened shrimp platter (comes with coleslaw, fries, hushpuppies and fried okra). The fried okra was just ok but everything else was delicious. The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a laid back vibe. The waitress (I think her name was Tasha) was very nice and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed!
