I had halibut fish and chips and it was delicious. The server was friendly and he may have been the Chef that evening?

Awesome Halibut! Best we have had on the island. Friendly staff and fun atmosphere. One of our favourite new places to go for supper!
We went to Victoria for the day last Saturday and stopped in Sydney at Hylands for fish and chips. Delicious food we just loved our meals and so enjoyed spending time with Tony and Norman. Thank you so much guys, and congratulations on your successful new venture, well done !!��
