I’ve been under the care of Jeffrey Day PAC. I’ve found him to be a very Professional and thorough and kind Doctor and I’m very thankful for his continued care.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to be a patient in 2024. I had severe back issues to where I was limping because of the pain. I saw this office for treatment until the nurse called me and blamed my back issues on unresolved mental health. I did not appreciate that at all. Well, upon further investigation with a different doctor, I have what’s called straight neck due to an accident I was in, in 2021. If I could give 0 stars I would. My friends mother died suddenly and unexpectedly 2 weeks ago. She broke her hand shortly after. She has a completely broken knuckle and the ER referred her here, to Dr. Sugalski. She came in today and he found out she was uninsured. He did not show any compassion or empathy at all. He told her “well you’re going to live with 4 knuckles the rest of your life.” And sent her on her way. Absolutely no recommendation for another doctor that could work with uninsured patients.
