We have heard repeatedly that we needed to visit [Julie’s] The Fish House for fried shrimp. We finally got there and, yes, it was worth it. It is outside dining only on picnic tables and benches. The regular order of shrimp has plenty of lightly battered, perfectly cooked shrimp, a generous portion of fries, and coleslaw. (Dinners include two sides and there were other choices.) The Fish House is open from Wednesday to Saturday only so plan accordingly.
Smoked mullet is fire y’all!
