RecommendedWonderful food here, and a great staff. I don't eat fish or seafood, but there's plenty of great dishes for a landlubber too. And, if you don't get dessert, you're cheating yourself.
For good local food and friendly staff eat at the Fish Hook!!! It is just like eating in your grandma's kitchen!!!
I have never had a bad meal at Ms. Fay's (Fish Hook). The prices are right and the service is great and the food is great. Ms. Fay makes the desserts and most of the side dishes herself. Personally, I love her pickled beets. My husband loves her cole slaw. My daddy loves everything. It's definitely worth the drive to the island! Afterwards, drive to the end and take a gander at the lighthouse for a bit.
