Seriously great food had never heard of the place until it was suggested. We’re visiting from Montana. So the experience was amazing!!!
Stumbled on Fish Heads while leaving Ocracoke heading back to reality after a week of amazing outterbanks adventures and are so glad we did. Our yearly trip to the NC coast is going to include a visit to Fish Heads again, you can't beat the surf tumbling in the back around as you dive into happy hour peel and eat shrimp over a craft-brew. The service at the bar was excellent in a very casual seating area that includes outdoor on the pier dinning! Great views of the ocean but they were definitely struggling with the holiday crowd. We just had drinks because there was over an hour wait on any food. Waitress was super sweet and was handling everything with a smile and good attitude. I will visit again for sure.
Best bar EV-ER! Bartenders and Wait Staff are EXCELLENT!!! Thank you Ryan, Austin, Rachel, Chase, Shane, Geoffrey, and Dre for being the BEST and helping to make our vacation in the Outer Banks a load of good times and fun!!! We LOVE this place!!!!
Limited in seafood, but loved the atmosphere on the ocean and the live music❣️
