I only get to Fish Heads 5 or 6 times a year. Most all of the time it's very busy during their happy hour. It may take a few minutes to get served, but you just can't beat the place for a beach atmosphere. I've never been treated rude. I do recognize busy when I see it and they are most of the time very busy. Their food is great, far above pier food.
