Never open when the sign clearly says a time to be open at. I stopped going to this place even though it's very nice inside they are never consistent on there times for being open. I'd rather not wait for up to 2 hours when I could be doing other things in the mean time. Others have noticed and complained and if no one is gonna open the store at the time it says, then y'all gotta change something. You lost a nice customer .
My husband and I just love this place. We go pretty frequently, and the owner always makes time to talk to us. My parents just recently got into salt water, and even though they live in Indiana and can't be his customers, he took the time to tell them all about how to get started. They now have two tanks doing well. I'd seriously recommend coming and checking this place out! �
It's a great place to go for cat supplies and for fish too!
Shop supposed to be open at 11. One hour later still no one. Other customers showed up as well while I waited. Finally left after spending my free day off driving across the metro to see the store. In this day in is inexcusable to not notify customers if the store is not opening.
This place is a hidden gem in the west metro. Something I had been wishing for a long time. Now I do not have to drive to Minneapolis. Awesome owner and staff. Great selection of healthy fish and fair prices. You have to check out The Fish Guy in Shorewood!
I love this store they have great competitive prices and very helpful and knowledgable staff.
