I was new to this dental office and came in just for a filling. Unfortunately, the filling was a noticeably dark color that didn’t match my natural teeth and had a rough, uneven texture. When booking the follow-up, I found the receptionist to be quite unpleasant, which added to the discomfort of the experience. This past week was the first time I've interacted and tried to talk to and book appointments with the dentists here as my parents have usually done it. I was asking about getting an overnight retainer replaced. The first time I called it went straight to voicemail, twice, the next day I tried again and clicked the new patient phone opinion and it rung straight through.
