Oh wow...just NO. Dirty, bugs and cobwebs all over the enterence of the building. The apartment itself is NOT what it looks like in it's beauty shots. Even the outside building is rundown. This place is a dump. Don't sign anything until you check this trap out for yourself. Just NO.
Wasn't a bad place to start with, wish they would answer phones though.
We drove an hour to get here for a showing at 10AM. I received a reminder text and email for the showing, so I know I didn’t get my days mixed up. We waited 15 minutes after our showing start time and nobody showed up. I texted and called and received no answer. Very disappointed, was looking forward to touring.
My son recently applied for an apartment and when the management saw there was an issue with his application, they immediately contacted him and worked with us as I helped my son get it resolved. They didn’t just deny it without talking to us like another place did. They were awesome, especially Alexis. My son is looking forward to moving into one of the remodels units.
Love the area and the office staff while not onsite are timely in response and super nice! Maintenance is non intrusive and prompt.
