Recommendedawesome tanks. spent some time here and I really liked the crabs and salt water fish.
Horrifically abuse the reptiles. Terribly sad. Hope they will do some research and stop mistreating animals.
These folks are the best! Today I desperately needed crickets but I have been ill recently and didn't want to go in... Bruce was willing to pack them up and bring them out to my car for me, to minimize contact. So much care and compassion! The people at this store always make me feel so welcomed. <3
Lower the prices a little bit.
Stopped by today on our way back to Farmington! So glad we found the place! The guy (don't know his name) was super friendly and helpful! We went home with 3 new fish 🤗 We will definitely be back!
Went there today, and I was sooooo happy we did. Craig was very helpful and welcoming. Definitely making the drive from Farmington to Durango anytime I need any fish/ reptile supplies or for some new pets! Thank you again for the amazing shop and experience! 🐍🐟
Went their a bit back for insects for my beardie and he couldn’t help us he was in such a rush to get something else done and told us we r going to have to leave and come back later while I couldn’t make it a later time.. it’s all about customer service skills if u are that busy hire more front end help.. and possibly tell the other people give me one min please ima go grab this lady some bugs really quickly or just tell me it’s going to be 5-10min wait other than saying I have to leave and come back smh
great knowledge staff always willing to spend the extra time to make sure all your questions are answered and your pets will be happy and healthy
Last night I noticed a wet spot next to the fish tank. Low and behold it was leaking. Called the Fish Connection, talked to Bruce and before I knew it he was here with a new tank. Changed everything out, hauled off the old one. All for about half what I expected. Can’t beat these guys.
