Outstanding!! Our first time here, but this is a restaurant where they really know what they're doing. The oysters are incredible, ALL the ingredients in our dishes including produce were incredibly fresh and the service is really impeccable - Kellie and Brandon and everyone who served us were completely on top of everything. I love finding new restaurants that surprise me in the most positive ways and Jax hit all the marks. Bravo! We can't wait to come back.

For being a land locked community, this is by far the best seafood option available in FoCo. Ask for the hi top chefs table, at ya fun to watch your meal prepared. Last night we had the Steelhead and the Ramen, plus some peel and eats.... excellent meal!
