AWEFUL experience when I brought my lawn mower in earlier this year. They let it sit outside for at least a MONTH when it was pouring rain, the key and ignition are now rusted! NEVER TOLD ME THAT IT WOULD BE SITTING THERE FOR WEEKS ON END, took them over a moth to get it back to me when all it needed was an oil change, a tune up, and maybe some blade sharpening. Helpful staff great selection
Let me just say I'm a mechanic by trade. I dropped my push mower off to have a belt put on due to the fact I'm building a log cabin in Maine and didn't have the time to get to it and do it. I started to put it back together and took it to them. My frustration is is I just spent over $100 to have a belt put on a push mower. Which was asinine first of all.
