Great Attorney – My wife and I started our divorce over two years ago, and I was at a stand still with my wife and my attorney at the time had no plan. I had to make a decision to hire a new attorney and decided on Mike Fischer he came highly recommended and he was able to expedite things farther than my first attorney in less than 2 months.

Thank You for Everything – I wanted to take a moment and thank Mike Fischer my divorce attorney for all that he did for me. He made a very difficult time much easier. We ended up using divorce mediation instead of going at each other in court and we are happy we did! It was much more civil and our focus was on our children. Thank you for everything you have done and I would highly recommend you to anyone who is considering divorce.

Thanks To You!! – My boyfriend and I lived in the state of Nevada. Our son was two months old when I came to California. When my son was 4 months old my boyfriend decided to move out to California. Two months later things didn?t work out and my ex moved back to Nevada. Immediately I filed for custody and at the time of filing my son was 6 months. I was very pleased with the professionalism, willingness to resolve the issues quickly and reasonable cost. Mine was a very complicated divorce with a number of lawyers involved and Michael was always focused on an expedient and lowest cost resolution with 'out of the box' solutions to complicated problems. I recommend him highly.

Mediation service – I used Fischer and Van Thiel for some mediation services. I have not needed to use an attorney in the past but before I made a final decision I wanted to try the mediation. Staff was great it was just the person I'm needing the mediation with the causes me issue. Ha

On track – Am pleased with the service here for my DUI! Super bad decision to drink and drive. Needed help and guidance with all kinds of issues from classes and driver license issues as well as not ending up in jail. We figured everything out and I'm back on the right track.
