Had my first oil change for 2026 Honda Passport which was free, but also required my rear differential fluid changed which was $169. Seriously, that is ridiculous for a fluid change when a 80W full synthetic gear oil costs $14.00 at O'Reilly's. Drain and refill is a 15 minute job at best. Shouldn't cost any more than an oil change. Second, this free oil change was suppose to include a tire rotation which they didn't do. I had a great initial experience with Todd Allen at Fisher Honda for a key replacement and oil change. Months later, I noticed a clicking noise in the rear of my car (noticeable with passengers). I worked with Service & Parts Manager Darryl Wohlgemuth, who diagnosed it as a bad rear control arm and charged me $565.63 (parts + labor). After waiting hours, I paid, got my car back, and left, but the noise remained, even after a short drive with four cases of water.
