Clear process and easy mortgage
Alex was so friendly, helpful to work with, and extremely responsive. We ended up going a different direction because of price point, but we thoroughly appreciated all of Alex’s support. If sale depended on person, we would have gone with Alex!
Awesome environment, amazing selections. Freedom to control your budget while really making your dream home yours. Everyone is always helpful and nice. They help you work towards your goal of making your house while advising you to hit your budget. They dont push you towards getting the most expensive items. This was nice because we didnt feel any pressure on building out our home. Build what you want, at the price you need, in the neighborhood you desire. What else could you ask for.
Our (my wife & I) experience has been seamless so far. We went to the Design meeting with some expectations which were all exceeded. Mrs. Gina Mangold was great! She was so helpful in guiding us when we needed some direction. She even stayed longer to finish the process, showing immense patience, kindness, & understanding.
